This page reads the budget sheet through a Coupler.io feed that is not configured. One-time setup:

  1. In Coupler.io, create a dataflow: source = Google Sheets (the media-plan spreadsheet, first tab, whole used range), destination = JSON.
  2. Run it once and copy the JSON destination URL.
  3. In the Cloudflare Worker (Settings → Variables and Secrets), add secret COUPLER_URL_BUDGETS with that URL.
